Again, when something goes wrong with the steps there is 0 troubleshooting help. I don't know what went wrong, but I had to go back and recreate new Bastion servers with new security groups to get it to work

A good start, but it felt like it stopped short. Perhaps consider having the student connect the webserver to the sql server / prove that its talking, by presenting a web page that gets information from the sql server

wasnt able to reach internet from sql server, even though that subnet pointed to an eigw.
