On Step #65 it says "On the Services menu, click RDS" It is now actually spelled out "Relational Database Services", not a huge deal. Over all very good.

Setting up the networks but no real test if the setup was fully working. How would we know if our web server can connect to the RDS instance we setup?

When creating the Security Group for the DB instance, this error is displayed: "DB Subnet Group doesn't meet availability zone coverage requirement. Please add subnets to cover at least 2 availability zones. Current coverage: 1 (Service: AmazonRDS; Status Code: 400; Error Code: DBSubnetGroupDoesNotCoverEnoughAZs; Request ID: 6fb9daba-2625-4e67-801b-23d0c43171c4)"
