The part were we create a security group should be updated, as the Name tag no longer appears in the page, you have to edit the security group after creation to add the name. (which is used later on when adding an inbound rule for Database security group with Web Server as Source).

I was not able to access the DB from the web page. There seems to be several errors or changes in the instructions. I could not specify the Web server Security Group in an Inbound Rule for the Database Security Group.
