AdBlock was enabled for the AWS console, preventing the "Start VPC Wizard" steps from successfully completing after clicking "Create VPC" (step 8). I had to allow *.console.aws.amazon.com/*, delete the aborted attempt that showed with default information in the list of VPCs, then start over. The "NAT servers are for outbound requests" section - the default, already-running instance type created by the lab is a t2.micro, not an m1.small. "Retrieve your windows password" - "Windows" should be capitalized.
