Very Poor! This lab piles instructions on top of one another, and one, and only one slip up, and you have no way to correct... plus no way to reset and start over

I could not connect with Microsoft Remote Desktop from my Mac (Sierra/Chrome). When I clicked on the rdp file, I could see two boxes but the connect happened before I could enter anything. I submitted a request but no one answered. So i had to close this lab without completing it.
