RDS Interface no longer maps directly to instructions provided. Also there is no practical testing to verify pretty much anything I did works as designed. This just creates shells.

Fun to do, however was unable to complete DB portion since my subnets weren't in different availability zones. Message: DB Subnet Group doesn't meet availability zone coverage requirement. Please add subnets to cover at least 2 availability zones.
