Could not connect to the SQL Server for some reason. I used the RDS, correct IP ending in 99 and correct name Administrator. But it would not connect.

Too prescriptive. Not descriptive enough. Repetition may be an effective teaching method but right now I feel like I am not "getting it". This program seems designed for me to "get it" by performing dozens of related tasks and the connecting thread will just present itself by prolonged exposure.
