This lab did not work. I could not get my DB instance to run and I cant believe i had to spend 8 dollars to fail a homework assignment due to poor instructions.

I cannot connect to the web server it had me create. At first I thought it might be my company's firewall, but I tried to reach it on my phone and tablet as well and still couldn't connect.
