It was struck during web server creation . I had to try 2 times and then it worked. Overall it is good exercise to learn VPC with Private and Public subnet and security group concept with NAT and Internet gateway. Thanks

Typo in the description of hte lab (pane pane - repeated twice) 37)point a) seems inaccurate 45) port 1433 is missing (it is uspposed to be MS SQL) 52)point b) does not reflect the choices (there is no IP address just the name) 62)drop down menu has 2 route table choices (not one) 68)no ip address available for the selection. You have to use the subnet name
