RDS Interface no longer maps directly to instructions provided. Also there is no practical testing to verify pretty much anything I did works as designed. This just creates shells.

Fun to do, however was unable to complete DB portion since my subnets weren't in different availability zones. Message: DB Subnet Group doesn't meet availability zone coverage requirement. Please add subnets to cover at least 2 availability zones. Current coverage: 1 (Service: AmazonRDS; Status Code: 400; Error Code: DBSubnetGroupDoesNotCoverEnoughAZs; Request ID: f83d136d-abfd-4768-83a7-6a34b918fe9c)
