IMO - it would be worth adding a note stating you can disregard the "free tier" warnings when creating the EC2 instances described in this lab (that arent included in the free tier).

I could not get a server in the private subnet 2 to reach the internet. Maybe the NAT Instance is bound to one AZ?

the part to set up hosts in the second private AZ network would be helpful. in the way to connect to the VPN also missing the part of information, why the amazons default nat will not be taken.
