should have added NAT also into this lab, so that will get to know difference between NAT & SG while communicating to private subnet like how private instance will talk to internet with NAT instead of through RDS

DB never associated with an Endpoint, subnets had to cross two AZ's and never was assigned a public ip for the webserver. double checked my configurations and nothing seemed to be off. I assume these are security checks enabled since this lab was created.
