Issue with RDP file, not clear how to launch the webpage and test (is it through my local browser or do I open an RDP session?) The Web Server returned an Apache Test page and would not start. All the VPC network is correct as I have tried it in my own Amazon account with different instances.

User data script did not completely config server for connecting to mySQL. Not sure if this is a problem with the provided script, or if the EC2 instance simply had a SNAFU.
