There seems to be one inaccuracy: The lab says you can use paste the security group ID of Bastion Windows to the RDP Source box, but it was not allowed. Instead, I used Custom IP and entered the Private IP of the Windows Bastion instance and it worked.

OK, Had to run through creating VPC twice as the first time had an error using the same settings.
