$instance1.RunningInstance.State reports that the instance is running although it is stopped. Also, this lab needs more time to complete

Step 49 said to copy the keyname from qwikLABS, but that is not very clear that we need the name part of the .pem file. Step 61: command always produced "running" and not "stopped". Step 66 wars that -Terminate is deprecated.
