In the end, there was a statement which goes like, `Note also that the RMSE on the evaluation dataset more from the RMSE on the training dataset when we do the split correctly.` But I couldn't see the last query results in accordance with this statement. RMSE of train dataset was greater than RMSE of eval dataset. So there is a contradiction.
