Dataflow only supports Python 3.6-3.8, but this experiment installs python 3.9. Adding '--experiment use_unsupported_python_version' to argv to ignore this problem results in a new error (ValueError: ReadFromBigQuery requires a GCS location to be provided. Neither gcs_location in the constructor nor the fallback option --temp_location is set. [while running 'ReadFromBQ/ReadFromBigQuery/Read/SDFBoundedSourceReader/ParDo(SDFBoundedSourceDoFn)/SplitAndSizeRestriction'])
