not enough resources in the zone to complete the lab. the lab requires a check for completion. not possible due to setup of the lab --- terrible

pile of crap: This job requires additional Python dependencies that are installed at runtime (using any of --setup_file, --extra_package(s), --requirements_file, and not using --sdk_location=container). You can utilize SDK worker image pre-building workflow to create a SDK worker image that has dependencies pre-installed, which avoids repetitive installations and can improve worker startup time.

Startup of the worker pool in zone us-central1-b failed to bring up any of the desired 1 workers. Please refer to https://cloud.google.com/dataflow/docs/guides/common-errors#worker-pool-failure for help troubleshooting. ZONE_RESOURCE_POOL_EXHAUSTED: Instance 'javahelpjob-07261357-fts9-harness-3k0x' creation failed: The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-04-b3a29839857a/zones/us-central1-b' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later.
