Nothing worked. First off, the bucket creation steps said "Unique name!" when it should have said to just put the project-id. This makes the next gcloud step applicable. That command doesn't even pull GCS bucket names, so no idea what it's trying to accomplish. Then, for the DEVSHELL_PROJECT_ID, there is no output. Either Google has changed something, or this step has always been wrong. Either way, echo outputs a nothing value. Lastly, "ignore any warnings", I did, but the amount of errors that came out of it didn't even allow the code to be ran. All in all, this needs to be revisited or just scrapped.

Last step had a Failed note on the Javahelp job. Tried several times with the same results.
