The cluster did not have the option to open the Jupyter Notebook under "web interfaces". I even restarted the whole process two times, and ensured I ticked enable connections and ticked the box for jupyter notebook and it still did not show up.

Jupyter was not available in web-interfaces when I created cluster for the first time, although I checked component gateway and selected jupyter in optional components
