resources and code constantly hanging

I follow the instructions and when creating cluster, I get an error message : "Sorry, the server was not able to fulfill your request." I have edited permissions and followed the instructions. Unable to get past this as it will not allow me to progress past the create cluster.

Really interesting. It has been a while that I didn't touch hadoop/spark. being able to replace hdfs by cloud storage is a real plus to streamline the artichecture
