Quota is not enough to build a cluster following this document. I had to change the computing resources using cli. Add to that, component gateway is disabled so I could not access to the Jupyter web interface. There are no documentation about how to change the setting.

Errors given in circumstance when following instructions relative to setting up the cluster. The outlined cluster type used throws an error with the associated Image type and Version. When I changed the cluster type I was given a warning and lab ended abruptly for not complying with instructions. Error: "ERROR: (gcloud.dataproc.clusters.create) INVALID_ARGUMENT: Multiple validation errors: - Insufficient 'N2_CPUS' quota. Requested 12.0, available 8.0. - This request exceeds CPU quota. Some things to try: request fewer workers (a minimum of 2 is required), use smaller master and/or worker machine types (such as n1-standard-2)."

As of now, it is impossible to complete this lab as I am unable to create a Dataproc cluster due to an error: Multiple validation errors: - Insufficient 'N2_CPUS' quota. (...) Also the error message recommends to try to use smaller master and/or worker machine types (N1 instead of N2) - when I did that my lab session was closed, I was accused of not following the lab instructions and informed that my account might be blocked in the future due to allocating extra resources to complete the lab (mind you, I actually tried to allocate FEWER resources, i.e. machines of older generation).
