cluster didn't get created in us-central1 or us-east1. I was able to get it work in us-west1.

I'd add a comment when creating a cluster that you might encounter the problem of no getting enough resources in a region, so you should create it in another region and be aware of making those changes in the things you past like the jupyter cells

couldn't create cluser as The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-02-dc63a36e1dd0/zones/europe-west2-a' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request I tried on different zones : us west, us east and eu west lost of time
