One step was giving error & error was quite evident which could be solved with some tricks. I contacted support team they tried to buy time. So, after putting 1.5 hrs they say me you cancel your lab as they have to debug the issue though error is simple one then I feel it is lame excuse. I tried few tricks & it worked.
