I had to save and reload the Wrangler UI because the arrow drag and drop didn't work, it would be good to instruct saving after each properties change. The instructions for the BigQuery Query being saved to a table were confusing because it assumed I was looking at the new query window in order to see the More menu, I was looking for More -> Query Settings inside the newly created 'trips' context menu and was very confused.
