there was already a record with the ID 21, the sample data also instructs us to add a record with the ID 21 which then throws an error.

There's a technical issue where the lab didn't recognize my app was created (actually at first I named the app "Customer Contact" (without the character 's') and it said I didn't pass the first task, then I changed the name to "Customer Contacts", it still didn't let me pass, after the second checkpoint, I went back to the home page and create another app with the correct initial name, finally it let me pass.

ID 21 already exists in the data, and using it again gives an error.
