You need to make it clear that there are instructions you need to click on PRIOR to starting the lab. PUT THIS AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE!!! The previous lessons were autoplaying videos so it seems like clicking "start lab" is the first thing you should do. I had to end the lab and start over after 5 minutes of trying figure out the instructions (which I still haven't completed). Not sure about the lab itself yet. --- Completed the lab. Giving it two stars for the following reasons: 1. Poor layout of instructions as noted earlier; 2. Not updated to latest version and suggests using legacy version; 3. When I tried the first "verify my progress" it kept failing me and saying that I needed to create an app and name it customer contacts (this was quite frustrating and I'm glad that it didn't impact my ability to complete the corse or get "verified" on the next task). Fix these items and I would give it 5 stars because it was helpful.
