very poor UI UX. I was not able to properly scroll to the end of the screen vertically & horizontally. Poor customer support. They did not answer. Just asked for screenshot. Then, no reply from them.

it is hard to read instructions and do it in a separate tab, this can't be done in a single-screen mode, since my laptop has a small screen it is very hard to split the screen and do it side by side

I wrote "Last contacted" instead of "Last Contacted" : it took me a lot of time to understand that the small letter "c" was the cause of not validating the task
