It was extremely basic as to be of little use. Any useful API will involve parameters, different HTTP methods which are not discussed.

eh. The final testing at the end failed with 'invalidcharacter' where the test json object was {}. IE wouldn't execute the API URL properly and I needed to test the API url in Chrome instead. I imagine this would work better in Chrome than IE 11.
