Gives you a good groundwork on the terminology and basic functions, but that's about it.

This training is flawed for two reasons: (1) you can't save the pdf to use again with your own AWS account later. (2) it only shows you how to configure the API gateway and lambdas using the console, not using the CLI or any other mechanisms that can be used to SAFELY SAVE YOUR METHODS (in say, a git repository). So your code is completely at risk. For professional developers, this is a tragic and epic fail.
