When I reached the querying part, I wondered if I could just filter the whole table and found out it is apparently only possible if you use Scan, but that has some limitations making it useless in many cases where you are making a table like the example in intro with Artists, as it would only be practical for searching 1 Artist at a time but might want to see what all your artists made in 2004 fx. What bothers me is not really it's limitations, as is might be fit for purpose, but rather the example shows it's limitations without recognizing/addressing it and it would be better to make another that shows it's strengths, where the one would want to use the Partition Key and/or Scan's limits doesn't matter.
