A much better experience. There was sufficient time on this lab to color a bit outside the line (i.e., there was time for experimenting and learning). The the Instructional Video gave me a chance to search terms and answer some questions before the lab (e.g., What is NoSQL? , How is NoSQL different from a non-relational database? , etc.).
