there are no instuctions to login as awsstudent and the AWS console does not have an option to open the file, it has to be downloaded and then opened with chrome

Doesnt have permission to create encryption key. got below error We encountered the following errors while processing your request: User: arn:aws:sts::985766037055:federated-user/agni_rain is not authorized to perform: kms:TagResource so Not able to create encryption key.No able to comple the lab. Please check this issue.
