I dislike the reliance on a trial service. I was able to do the lab using psql on a different ec2 instance from my own account, so I thought it may be nice to have an ec2 instance configured for use as the client.

Endpoint field is JDBC or ODBC connector, and you have to remove parts of the string to get to the URL for the endpoint
