This lab is badly broken. I started the cluster twice and did everything VERY carefully, but the Db Visualizer client can never connect via the JDBC URL. very cool, amazing capability and so straight forward. 100 Million row analyses in seconds. it would be nice if the DbVisualizer was identified as pre-work. also region needs to be Oregon, I overlooked this and had to redo some steps.

A really good overview of Redshift. I would not actually create the snapshot though - that took a while and I had to wait on it before I could delete the cluster at the end.
