Could not use the tutorial much as I could not connect to database from client as external connection could not be opened due to insufficient rights.

From step 14, the process was not described in the lab (some options were not available and the following warning was displayed: Failed to retrieve account attributes, certain console functions may be impaired.) and when I attempted to create a cluster I got the following error: Error while creating cluster test . Access Denied. Please ensure that your IAM Permissions allow this operation. Lab is not working. It will not create a Redshift cluster. I keep getting an error that I am not authorized. I have cleared all my cache and history and still get this problem.
