I'm not satisfied. On the Additional details page I got the message that david... is not authorized to use the services or something alone those lines. I tried several times, restarted my browser, but to no avail. And it's not the first time it happened to me, it's just the first time I'm complaining. I don't think I'm going to pay for these labs if it is so unreliable.
