Good lab. I think it could be a little better by naming the table something different. Using the name "users" could be confused with Redshift Users. Perhaps if you named it something like customers, it would be better.

instructions are a little confusing. having multiple browser windows open during lab steps, the steps should be clearer about which browser window the step applies to.

1) Tried to grant access for connection to my public IP, but failed to connect to the database. May be we can have additional step to teach us connect using local SQL client? 2)Having error when tring to load data from S3 to database, where access key is outdated or invalid.
