Great, simple lab to get up to speed on setting up CloudFront. The only thing I'd mention is maybe highlighting the amount of time the distribution takes to create - I hadn't noticed it mentioned 15 mins when I was working through the lab.

I had permissions issues accessing the jpeg - this wasn't resolved with everyone permissions on either the file or s3 bucket. :(
