extremely slow

During the lab CloudFront was extremely slow to deploy on the create and on the disable each took over 20 min befor it was ready to proceed. I was just able to complete the lab seconds before the full 55min I had access to the lab. I would suggest you add more time to the access time on the lab to compensate for slowness in CloudFront.
