The CloudFront Management page would not open from either of the links. Is the system still down for maint.?

It wasn't clear where to save the text file. I did assume, correctly, it could be either local OR on the S3 bucket and worked from either place. HOWEVER, there was no explanation (unless is in another lab) why the domain name changed from the URL entered to open the html file to the one that housed the bucket.
