S3 interface has been updated. Lab instructions need to be updated to reflect new steps needed to upload a file, set permissions, and delete the bucket. Also need to be much more upfront regarding how long it takes to setup cloudfront. For me it took almost 25 minutes. So for the majority of the lab you're doing nothing but waiting for cloudfront to be enabled and then disabled.

Cloudfront never change from "In Progress", still image was accesible. Then try to disable Distribution and it never ended.
