Finally after multiple tries it worked. To be noted, Quicklabs is not working as expected when opened in Microsoft Edge. I finally had to guess and try Chrome to have it work.

I think it might be worth explaining why empty subfolder folders cannot be uploaded to S3. They will only work if that sub folder has a file in it.
