In step 79 it states that there should be a 'Delete Marker' next to one of the versions of sample-file.txt. I saw no such marker and following the rest of the steps results in the text file being permanently removed. Went through the tutorial a second time thinking I missed something but the same thing happened. Unless we are expected to change the bucket policy in step 72... which isn't very clear.
