Finally after multiple tries it worked. To be noted, Quicklabs is not working as expected when opened in Microsoft Edge. I finally had to guess and try Chrome to have it work.

Absolutely not satisfied. Nothing could be done and there is no help when things don't work the way it should be. I wish I can get my money back now.

I think it might be worth explaining why empty subfolder folders cannot be uploaded to S3. They will only work if that sub folder has a file in it.
