The instruction do not correspond to the wed interface in the AWS Console for S3. The web UI must have changed since the instruction were written. This does not fill me with confidence about paying for labs

Clicked Start then Console and time is decrementing - no idea how to start the lab. If I try to upload a file to the Bucket I created it says "You Need Permissions" - is that because Amazon want money before it will do that?
