(feedback sent to aws-course-feedback@amazon.com): Regarding course https://qwiklabs.com/focuses/2355: Introduction to Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3): 1) At Step 12, The authors mention that file drag & drop may not work in Firefox. That may be worth noting again in Step 17. Ofc a literate participant will remember what was said 5 steps previously, but this would be a place to suggest a workaround. Is anyone working on a Firefox add-on? 2) At Step 36, the note states that you must first empty a bucket before you delete it. I was able to delete my bucket with two objects in it. This incorrect information could be dangerous: if you delete a bucket, you delete versioning metadata associated with that bucket, don’t you? Christopher Wallace Certificate AWS-ASA-33909

The lab was good after I was finally able to get the console to open. This is my first qwiklab and it took a while to familiarize with the process. The initial directions are close but not exact and sometimes it took a couple attempts before the console opened. I was not done after 30 minutes and it logged me out. I did not delete both buckets I added in this lab. The bucket that was not deleted is Jodie-z-test-bucket-2-20170525 and it contains one file. I did not like the auto end lab feature.
