Data in the lab did not match behaviour observed within the AWS console: specifically the format and contents of the bucket policy JSON has diverged, and visiting specific versions of the uploaded image did not function as expected. Only the most recent version of the image was accessible, even when visiting the literal version URL directly *on an airgapped device*, eliminating browser cache behaviour from the possibility list.

at the end of the lab I was still able to see the old picture for a good 3 minutes until I got the access denied. tried to open in Chrome where the old picture was still displaying so it not a local IE browser Cache issue.
