There's an error in the instructions: under step 37, it says that to delete a bucket, you must first delete all of the objects in it. I was able to delete a non-empty bucket using the normal bucket delete procedure - right click on the bucket, select Delete, enter the bucket name int he dialog, and click the delete button. S3 deleted the bucket with no problem. At least, the bucket was removed from the bucket list.
