Lab has a number of issues, especially regarding updating progress. Raised issues with the support staff. Awaiting response. Although I have successfully finishes all tasks, the Lab system is still marking as incomplete. The chat option has also vanished. Disappointing experience.

The lab script needs to be updated with the following details to make sure others do not have this issue. in the beginning when the script says to '...make sure the cluster has access to the bucket." There needs to be a step in there to show this." This was so subtle an overlook, but it made the difference whether the lab succeeds or fails. Also, it says to leave the zone as defaults, when in fact the support team instructed me to set the zone to us-central-a. This too could is an issue that needs spelling out in the lab script. There is one good thing about having to do this lab over a few times. It reinforced my learning far beyond what I expected.
